That drip detail is not a generic requirement of a bead tray and closely mirrors my original tray design. The resulting product is not simply another character-shaped tray; it copies the specific expressive features of my copyrighted Richard character and my original Richard tray design.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe customer who requested the infringing tray has also stated in writing that she sent the manufacturer a picture of her pen toppers and asked them to make a tray from them. Those pen toppers themselves reproduce my Richard character design. In other words, the manufacturer was given a Richard-based reference and then produced a tray that also closely matches my original Richard tray, including the distinctive drip design. Decorative differences such as colors, patterns, bows, rhinestones, or accessories do not change the underlying copied character and tray design.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn her own statements, she says good luck trying to report me.I don't have anything actually listed.. That proves intent and it also proves that she knows about our copyright.So she's purposely not listing anything.Although on her list of things you're allowed to buy, when you claim in live, you can claim a richard penn and a pecker* keychain. And then you follow the link that is being hosted through shopify.And that's where you can buy counterfeit reproductions of my copyrighted item that she is selling on her lives and in tiktok.
