The attached screenshots show the seller actively conducting sales through TikTok LIVE and directing customers back into her TikTok sales channel. This is not simply social-media promotion. The LIVE displays active purchasing activity, including TikTok's notice that “15 people bought products from this LIVE” and a completed $5 winning bid, while the seller displays packaged merchandise for sale. This demonstrates continued commercial activity and the use of alternative storefront/sales channels following the prior enforcement action.
