This listing is for the purchase of 10,000 authentic Richard® silicone beads from Daisyland Teething LLC.

 

All Richards included in this order are authentic products authorized and supplied by Daisyland Teething LLC. The purchaser may advertise and resell these products as authentic Richard® products.

 

Resale Authorization:

This purchase authorizes the purchaser to resell the 10,000 physical Richard® products included in this order. It does not transfer ownership of, or grant any license to reproduce, manufacture, copy, modify, mold, scan, digitally recreate, or otherwise replicate the Richard® design.

 

The Richard® design and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Daisyland Teething LLC. The purchased products may not be used as masters, samples, references, or models for the creation of molds, reproductions, derivative products, or manufacturing files.

 

Direct Shipment from Manufacturer:

The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that this wholesale order will be shipped directly from Daisyland's authorized manufacturer in China to the purchaser's designated delivery address. Shipment originating from China is therefore an agreed method of fulfillment and does not indicate that the products are unauthorized or supplied by a third party.

 

The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Tracking and shipping documentation will be retained as evidence of fulfillment and delivery.

 

Order Terms:

This is a specially arranged bulk wholesale order of 10,000 units. By completing payment, the purchaser confirms the quantity ordered, the direct-from-China fulfillment arrangement, and the resale and intellectual-property restrictions stated above.

 

Any payment dispute concerning non-receipt or non-fulfillment should accurately reflect the agreed direct-shipment arrangement and available carrier tracking/delivery documentation.
