I am the original creator and copyright owner of this artwork/design. I personally drew and developed this character, including its distinctive body shape, dripping upper section, facial features, proportions, and overall appearance. The seller has reproduced my original design as a 3D-printed product without my permission and is actively promoting and selling these unauthorized copies during livestreams that link directly to their Shopify store.
The attached evidence shows my original design alongside the seller’s unauthorized reproduction. The copied product substantially reproduces the distinctive visual elements and overall expression of my original work; changing colors does not make it an independently created design.
This seller is commercially exploiting my work without authorization and is using Shopify to facilitate sales of the infringing products. I request that Shopify remove the infringing listings/content and take appropriate action against the store for continued sale of unauthorized reproductions of my copyrighted work.
The infringement is ongoing and commercial. The seller is currently advertising these products through livestreams and directing viewers to the Shopify storefront to purchase them.
