AS RECENTLY, AS ONE HOUR AGO, THEY WERE ON LIVE WITH MY COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT AND BLOCKED ME WHEN I SAID THEY WERE COPYRIGHTED AND THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL THEM
The attached evidence shows a deliberate circumvention system being used to continue selling counterfeit copies of my copyrighted “Richard” 3D sculpture.
The seller, operating through the TikTok accounts @yoyoshopglobal and @yoyoshopglobal22, displays large quantities of the infringing products during livestreams, allows customers to select or “claim” them by number, and then directs those customers to enjoypurchase.com to complete payment. The website does not openly identify each counterfeit product. Instead, it uses generic listings such as “FOCAL BEADS—Number is Money,” “Deposit Link,” and “Only for Balance/Difference.” These vague payment listings are designed to conceal what is actually being purchased and separate the transaction from the infringing products shown on TikTok.
The screenshots connect the entire operation:
The livestreams visibly show bins containing numerous unauthorized copies and variations of my Richard design.
The counterfeit pieces are assembled into pens and other finished products for sale.
Customers are instructed to pay a deposit first and then claim products during the livestream.
The TikTok profile directly links customers to enjoypurchase.com under “Order here.”
The seller confirms in comments that the products can be purchased through the livestream.
Customers expressly refer to the products as “Richard’s,” demonstrating that the seller is intentionally trading on the identity and recognition of my protected design.
The external website uses coded, generic payment links rather than accurate product descriptions, preventing the infringing items from appearing directly in the storefront listings.
This is not an unrelated or innocent payment service. The website is an essential part of the seller’s infringement operation and is being used to process payment for products selected during livestreams while disguising the true subject of each transaction. Removing only an individual listing will not resolve the violation because the seller can continue using interchangeable deposit, balance, or numbered payment links for the same counterfeit merchandise.
I am requesting removal of the listings and investigation of the entire storefront for repeated infringement, deceptive product labeling, and intentional circumvention of intellectual-property enforcement.
